RETURNS
Our return policy is pretty simple. We have a 10-day no-questions-asked return policy. Just return the item and receive a full refund. We do ask that you let us know that you are going to be returning something prior to your sending it back to us. That way we can give you the shipping method that you should use.

PAYMENT
We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover., and Paypal. We also accept personal checks, cashier’s checks, and money orders. All checks and money orders should be made payable to E & M Graded Stamps (even on Katie's Corner purchases.) Please note that if you pay by personal check or non-USPS money order, shipment of your order may be delayed until your check or money order has cleared the issuing institution. We try to accommodate our customers' needs whenever possible. Ask us about a payment plan tailored to suit your needs.

SALES TAX
All purchases shipped to a California address will be charged California state sales tax. Since there are different tax rates for different districts, we ask that you hold off on paying for your purchase until you receive an invoice from us. Our invoice will include the correct amount of sales tax for your district. When you place your order, at the bottom of page two under Payment Method, just check the radio button that says “Invoice Me”. We will then send you an invoice with your correct sales tax as soon as possible.

$500.00 - $999.99 .... $8.00 Domestic; $30.00 International

$1,000.00 - $1999.99 .... $15.00 Domestic; $50 International

$2,000.00 and above .... Free Shipping, Domestic & International

We reserve the right to request nominal additional shipping fees on orders that require extra handling and/or materials, e.g., orders that include encapsulated stamps, and orders that include several or more expertized/graded stamps. We aren't out to make a profit on shipping fees, but when we are accepting offers on our stamps and giving customers great deals, we can't also afford to take a hit on shipping fees. We hope you understand.

Our orders are usually shipped by United States Postal Service. Please contact us prior to placing your order if you want to request a special shipping method or if you require overnight delivery.

Purchases made by credit card, cashier's check, or USPS money order are shipped within 48 hours. Shipping on purchases made by personal check or non-USPS money order may be delayed until your check or money order has cleared the issuing institution.

PRIOR SALES
All items offered on our web site are offered subject to prior sale. We try to keep our web site current, however, in the rare event you purchase a stamp on-line that was previously sold, you will be promptly notified and immediately credited the purchase price.

Due to fluctuating market conditions, we reserve the right to change our prices at any time and without prior notice.
