RETURNS
Our return policy is pretty simple. We have a 10-day no-questions-asked return policy. Just return the item and receive a full refund. We do ask that you let us know that you are going to be returning something prior to your sending it back to us. That way we can give you the shipping method that you should use.

We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. We also accept personal checks, cashier’s checks, and money orders. Please note that if you pay by personal check or non-USPS money order, shipment of your order may be delayed until your check or money order has cleared the issuing institution.

SALES TAX
All purchases shipped to a California address will be charged 8.25% California State Sales Tax.

SHIPPING
We provide free insured shipping to any location within the Continental United States. All of our shipments are insured by our private carrier, even those that are sent by regular first class mail. The particular shipping method that we use for your order will be based on the total value of your order and in accordance with our private insurer's schedule, as follows:

$1 to $200 - First Class mail
$201 to $2000 - Certified mail
$2001 and above - Registered mail

If you request a shipping method other than the method that is listed above for your order's value, you may be charged a shipping fee in the amount of the additional cost. Please contact us prior to placing your order if you want to request a special shipping method or if you require overnight delivery.

Purchases made by credit card, cashier's check, or USPS money order are shipped within 24 hours. Shipping on purchases made by personal check or non-USPS money order may be delayed until your check or money order has cleared the issuing institution.

PRIOR SALES
All items offered on our web site are offered subject to prior sale. We try to keep our web site current, however, in the rare event you purchase a stamp on-line that was previously sold, you will be promptly notified and immediately credited the purchase price.
